With a long career managing financial planners, the concept of planning was ingrained into my DNA.

I’m passionate about supporting time-poor managers boost their team’s engagement and create high-performance and high-functioning business units, with specific coaching around performance development, strategic team management and planning.
In addition, I help teams and individuals to pinpoint their values and objectives, and through Gallup Profiling, identify their strengths. These details are then incorporated into Individual Development Plans.
I provide managers with strategies to transform underperforming teams to ones that go above and beyond their targets. This involves restructuring teams according to their strengths and reallocate tasks according to these capabilities.
A believer in lifelong learning, I have completed a Masters in Management, have Post Graduate studies in Human Resources, a Masters in NLP, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, a degree in Marketing as well as various diplomas in coaching and management.
I’m also currently studying a Masters in Organisational Development and am a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
With a keen understanding of how changes impact individuals on a personal level, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching sessions.
